  • Kitchen Porter/Commis Chef

We require a member of the team that is able to work closely in support of the kitchen team. Job roles include, basic food preparation, dessert preparation and general kitchen support.

30-40 hours per week

Salary : Dependable on experience

Job Role – Assistant Bar Manager – Bar & Restaurant:

As the Assistant Manager of this, relaxed and quality Bar & Restaurant you will support the Manager in the day to day running of the business. Ensuring the site is driving sales, customer service and food quality; as well as being a key player in the Training and Development of your team.

Key Attributes – Assistant Manager – Bar & Restaurant:

Required Experience:

  • At Least 12 months experience as a Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within the Hospitality Sector
  • Ability to run the Bar & Restaurant with a pro-active and positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team
  • Good understanding of all financial aspects of the business including; P&L, Stock Control, Rotas and driving sales
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well presented, with an approachable and friendly personality

40+ hours per week

Salary : Dependable on experience

  • Bar and Waiting on staff
  • We require additions to our already successful team, .

    experience is preferred however full training and support will be given, 30-40 hours per week
