General Information
Arrival
Check in is from 12:00 midday and we request that guests please vacate their rooms by 10.00 on their day of departure as we only have a short time to prepare the room between guests.
We ask you to let us know your estimated time of arrival on booking, so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
Please note that we are closed between the hours of 3pm and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you wish to check in between these times please let us know beforehand.
Payment
Payment may be made by cheque, debit or credit card (excluding Diners and American Express)
Children
Well-behaved children welcome. A fold up bed is available for a child sharing their parents room at an additional cost of £10.
Pets
We do accept well-behaved dogs, provided that they are friendly and will get on with our own two dogs. They must be kept off the furniture and sleep in their own bed. Dogs are not allowed in the bar or dining room but are welcome in the beer garden and can be exercised in our adjoining field.
We charge a fee of £10 a night for dogs staying to cover additional cleaning. Please call us beforehand to discuss.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily between 7.30am and 9.00am, please ensure the bar staff know your breakfast time before retiring. An earlier breakfast can be arranged on request
Parking
We have a large lit car park at the Alvanley Arms, suitable for cars and trailers for residents visiting Oulton Park. Parking is for guests only, we accept no liability for vehicles whilst they are parked on our property
Communications
Mobile reception is poor in Cotebrook but a signal may be obtained towards the bottom of the carpark! We do not have a payphone but residents may use our telephone, on request, for a nominal charge.
At present we do not have internet access but are in the process of installing this facility.

Please note
We are closed to residents on the following nights Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New years Day.
Cancellation policy
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours beforehand or do not turn up then we will charge you the full price for the room you have booked.
