A traditional Cheshire country pub...
The Alvanley Arms is a 400 year old family run Inn, nestling in the small village of Cotebrook near Tarporley in Cheshire, run by Alistair and Janet King.
Warm, welcoming & personal attention...
The Alvanley Arms is the ideal place to stay for business people who prefer a friendly welcome to the anonymity of many larger hotels. The Alvanley Arms is open all year around offering in summer an attractive Beer Garden overlooking the duck pond and trout lake beyond and in winter a cosy bar with a glowing log fire.
Enjoy the countryside location...
The Alvanley Arms Inn is set amidst the beautiful Cheshire countryside with scenic views and walks to enjoy. Visitors to Cheshire many tourist attractions such as Oulton Park, Blakemere Craft Centre, Chester or Tatton Park will find the Alvanley Arms a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding areas.
Individually designed guest rooms...
We have seven individually designed guest bedrooms with wonderful views of the Cheshire countryside. Each room has a character and charm of its own retaining the original beams. Fine barics and prints adorn the tastefully furnished rooms. They all have an en-suite bath or shower, colour television, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
